***Gaza Emergency Aid**

As of the 9th July 2014, the situation in the Gaza Strip is getting worse and worse and the dangers are affecting everybody, everywhere...everything seems to be a target of Israeli strikes. In only 2 days, more than 500 air attacks have been fired over Gaza, a minimum of 54 houses totally destroyed and there are at least 190 injuries, 33 martyrs (12 children) and the numbers are just increasing.

What makes the situation worse is the closure of crossings, shortage of medicines and the blackout of electricity.

Gaza really needs your help. Hayfa medical centre is in urgent need of:

  • Medicine
  • Medical Equipment
  • Emergency Beds

There is also a need to supply families in Gaza with items such as:

  • Food packs
  • Blankets
  • etc.

Savar - Victims / Families

Merciful Hands will be working with the victims and families of the recent disaster in Bangladesh where a garments factory collapsed, killing over 800 people and injuring many. This disaster has resulted in many bread winners losing their lives as well many not being able to work and hence support their families.
